Thank you for shopping at Artovitas Shop. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items
Since wall art is fragile, if your item arrives damaged during transit, please take clear photos of the damage and the packaging and contact us at support@artovitas.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized art prints.

  • Items on clearance/final sale.

4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
